About the Role
As a Cell Biology Lab Analyst, you will contribute to the quality assurance of pharmaceutical products, primarily vaccines. You’ll perform both routine and non-routine cell biological analyses using a wide range of techniques, with a strong focus on cell culture. You’ll also support GMP compliance and collaborate closely with lab colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Perform (non-)routine cell biological analyses on pharmaceutical products, mainly vaccines.
- Use techniques such as cell culture, infection of cell cultures, and CPE-based assays.
- Interpret test results against predefined specifications.
- Evaluate and report deviations in results.
- Review colleagues’ analysis results for GMP compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
- Act as a point of contact and coordinator for lab analysts in the team.

Requirements
- MLO 4 degree in Life Sciences (e.g. biology, microbiology, biotechnology, biomedical).
- Several years of relevant work experience; GMP experience in pharma is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cell biological techniques, especially cell culture.
- Proactive, flexible, critical thinker with strong stress resilience.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and sufficient English.
- Team-oriented, patient, precise, and able to work with high concentration.
