Role Description
As you are responsible for supporting finance transformation within the consumer products industry. You will bridge business processes and SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring accurate data flows, effective integrations, and streamlined financial processes across the global landscape.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and document finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash, Tax, Costing) and system integrations.
- Support SAP S/4HANA configuration, data mapping, transformation logic, and end-to-end data flows.
- Document interfaces, functional specs, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with architects, data teams, and finance SMEs to ensure aligned system design and integrations.
- Support UAT, cutover activities, user training, and change management.

Requirements
- Experience in the consumer products industry with strong understanding of finance processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Finance, data integration, and enterprise system landscapes (ERP/CRM/SCM).
- Strong skills in data mapping, modelling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–5+ years as a Business/System Analyst; exposure to SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Agile/Scrum or BA certifications are an advantage.
