Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst specialized in finance systems to support a global SAP transformation initiative. The successful candidate will bridge business processes and technical systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of data, workflows, and solutions during the deployment of a new SAP S/4HANA environment, along with supporting planning and reporting tools. Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of financial control and planning processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cash management, tax, and cost management.
• Document and analyze financial master data and transactional integrations with SAP and other systems like trade promotion management, manufacturing, and reporting tools.
• Support system configurations in SAP S/4HANA to enable efficient financial processes.
• Map data requirements, attributes, and flows across SAP and other financial platforms, identifying necessary changes in existing systems to support integrated end-to-end processes.
• Define data transformation and validation rules between SAP and non-ERP systems.
• Collaborate with architects and data teams to implement simplified Master Data Governance (MDG) models and other data management solutions.
• Support the design and documentation of end-to-end data flows and process integrations across SAP, planning solutions, and other interconnected systems such as Azure or SAP Data Services.
• Assist in testing system integrations, interfaces, and validation scenarios.
• Contribute to planning and executing cutover activities for SAP finance and planning modules.
• Produce clear documentation including process flows, functional specifications, data mapping sheets, test scripts, and user guides.
• Support user acceptance testing and deliver training to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of new systems and processes.
• Work closely with finance SMEs, IT, data migration teams, and data governance teams to align requirements and support change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the consumer products industry with a strong understanding of its specific processes and challenges.
• Solid knowledge of SAP finance modules, data integration, and ERP systems (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to analyze, map, and document data relationships and process flows accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies like Scrum is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; SAP S/4HANA exposure is highly desirable.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (optional but advantageous).
