Role Description
As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for managing and resolving a wide range of employee-related matters while ensuring fairness, compliance, and consistency across all HR processes. You will provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and workplace issues in a confidential and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR policy inquiries.
- Manage grievance cases, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate, compliant resolutions.
- Provide advisory support and documentation to managers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR teams to maintain consistency and best practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and promote effective use of HR tools and self-service systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in employee or labour relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
