The Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer operating multiple semi-automated production lines in a regulated environment. They deliver high-quality medicines and are committed to continuous improvement and employee development.

Role Overview
A result-driven technician who enjoys running high-tech equipment, maintaining process quality, and driving improvement. You will operate production lines per SOPs, maintain process data, support changeovers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned production line(s) in accordance with SOPs and GMP.
- Execute changeovers and line set-ups (SMED best practices).
- Collect, document and analyze process data; report deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Complete SAP/MES administrative tasks (batch records, process logs).
- Ensure line clearance, material readiness, and batch integrity.
- Participate in root-cause analyses, Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct thorough shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation.
- Train and coach junior operators; ensure training compliance and competency.
- Support logistics and related operations for smooth production flow.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO (technical/process) or equivalent vocational training (VAPRO A/B desirable).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in regulated GMP/GDP/ISO settings.
- 5+ years practical experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, troubleshooting and CI tools (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen).
- Working experience with SAP and/or MES and Office tools.
- Familiarity with SOPs, calibration, batch documentation and GMP.
- Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Flexible for shift work, overtime and weekend rotations.
- Lean / Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
- Prior experience with sterile/aseptic or pharma fill-finish lines.
- VAPRO A/B certified.
- Experience leading small teams or training new employees.
