Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Equipment Specialist to operate and optimize complex manufacturing machinery within a highly regulated production facility. This role involves managing high-tech production lines, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement to maintain top quality standards and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and fine-tune complex automated and semi-automated production lines in accordance with GMP procedures.
  • Collect, document, and analyze process data to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with production supervisors and line leads to meet performance goals and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Execute changeovers, process adjustments, and improvements to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using lean methodologies and participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all operational activities are carried out accurately in SAP/MES systems and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage escalation procedures in case of process deviations or abnormal events.
  • Take ownership of tasks, coordinate shift handovers, and adhere to training deadlines.
  • Support logistic activities related to production operations and participate in troubleshooting efforts when issues arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a process or technical operator in a GMP or ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Lean/Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and MES.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and relevant SOPs.
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, lead initiatives, and communicate effectively across teams.
