About the Role
As a Production Line Operator, you’ll work on a pharmaceutical production line, supporting operator-automated lines, loading materials, and end-of-line packing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied environment and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Willingness to work on a pharmaceutical production line, including manual packing (2-shifts).
- Supporting operator-automated lines, loading materials (3-shifts), and end-of-line packing (3-shifts).
- Pleasant experience in order picking/warehouse roles.
- Not afraid of non-repetitive work (manual packing) (2/3-shifts).
- Team player, able to work in a line with 3 to 10 colleagues from different cultures.
- Flexibility to work on different lines.
- Accountability and responsibility.

Requirements
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2- or 3-shift system).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or logistics environment is an advantage but not required.
