About the Role
This position involves operating and maintaining production lines within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring adherence to GMP standards and safety protocols. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple lines and shift patterns, while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Operate production lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and line leads to achieve daily performance targets.
- Escalate issues promptly and accurately when necessary.
- Participate actively in shift handovers and maintain clear communication.
- Ensure all required training is completed within deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical, GMP/GDP).
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP principles.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and communicate effectively in English.
- General MBO (Level 2) education or equivalent.
- Flexible and adaptable to different tasks and shift patterns.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Structured, disciplined, and accurate in work execution.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn continuously.

Other Information
- Shift pattern: 2 or 3 shifts, 5-day schedule.
- Work across fully automated, semi-automated, and manual production lines.
- Requires strong focus on safety, quality, and performance metrics.
