About the Role
This position involves executing manual clinical labelling and packaging processes for global clinical trials. You will work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical packaging operations according to SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Escalate issues promptly when necessary.
- Take ownership of tasks and results within your area.
- Manage batch-related logistics processes.
Requirements
- Experience in manual packaging (preferably in Pharma, GMP/GDP environment).
- Strong focus on quality and performance.
- Ability to work in a complex manual packaging setting.
- Comfortable in an international work environment.
- Preferable experience with SAP/MES systems.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
Other Information
- Opportunity for growth within the company and training is provided
- Work primarily in room temperature conditions; some tasks in cold room (2–8 °C).
- Day shift: 08:00–16:30.
