Role Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across various functions and business units. You are responsible for driving innovation projects, post-launch modifications, and quality improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with regulatory and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex innovation projects and post-launch modifications across multiple disciplines, including software, hardware, supply chain, regulatory, industrialization, and submission to notified bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, medical device regulations, and internal quality management systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support quality improvement activities, including CAPA implementation.
  • Translate project data and insights into structured reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Project/Program Management).
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a complex, international environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality management systems.
  • Experience with quality improvement activities, CAPAs, and risk management.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.
