The factory in the Netherlands  currently has the biggest production volume of all the factories, besides being one of the biggest chocolate factories in the world.

Job Description
As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing projects across the chocolate portfolio. You will collaborate with regional and local teams to drive brand growth, manage innovation and activation initiatives, and ensure alignment with consumer and customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of brand growth strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
- Adapt regional brand agendas to local market needs.
- Manage portfolio and activation projects from strategy to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Marketing, and Activity Management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and project execution.
- Proven track record in FMCG; experience in food is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both required).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
