Role Description
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will act as the key link between Sales, Order Fulfilment, Demand Planning, Quality, and Customers. You will be responsible for managing relationships with international B2B clients, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the order-to-cash process.
Your role will focus on providing a worry-free customer experience through proactive communication, accurate forecasting, and efficient process management. This position is ideal for a structured, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.
- Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process, including order handling, contract management, and forecast alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on customer expectations and ensure accurate delivery planning.
- Maintain accurate customer data, pricing details, and forecasts in systems such as SAP, OMP, and Salesforce.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues according to company guidelines, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
- Provide performance reports and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Identify process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Commercial, Supply Chain, or Business-related field).
- 3–6 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or sales support within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce; experience with OMP is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
