Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Operations & Finance to lead a critical improvement initiative at the Beilen factory. You will drive process optimization, implement robust tools for analysis, and ensure compliance with audit requirements making a significant impact on operational efficiency and financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Audit Resolution: Develop and execute a comprehensive improvement plan addressing audit findings related to material registration on process orders.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate material consumption registration processes and analyze inventory variances.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement teams to improve material registration accuracy, including training and change management.
- Financial Insights: Partner with Finance and IT to design tools and processes for variance and inventory analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Align with Plant Management, Controlling, and Production to ensure ownership and follow-up on improvement actions.
- Project Management: Monitor timelines, track progress, and report impact to senior stakeholders in Finance and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production environment within Food or Chemical processing industries.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and project management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (MM, FICO, process orders, BOMs, movement types, inventory).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Resilient and proactive motivated to overcome challenges and deliver results.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
