Job Description
As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the design and implementation of investment projects at two key sites. You will coach engineers, ensure compliance with GxP and non-GxP standards, and manage contractors and external engineering firms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach structural engineers, ensuring quality and compliance in all project phases.
- Independently design investment projects in line with applicable regulations.
- Review technical documentation from suppliers and engineering partners.
- Oversee construction activities, including contractor management and interim deliveries.
- Monitor project planning, safety compliance, and contract variations.
- Manage document control, including As-built documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, EHS, facility management, and external engineering firms.
Requirements
- HBO+ or academic degree in Architecture (with affinity for mechanical and electrical engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 5 years as a Structural Engineer or specialist.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Able to work independently with a proactive, hands-on mentality.
