Artwork Specialist, Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland

Role Description 
As you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of packaging artwork — from design briefing through to commercially reproducible files released to print. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, compliant, and brand-consistent delivery across markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end artwork projects using established artwork management systems
- Coordinate and secure approvals from Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and e-Commerce functions
- Manage external agencies and printers to deliver master designs, mechanicals, and pack imagery
- Ensure artwork adheres to brand, regulatory, and technical standards and is delivered on schedule
- Provide technical guidance on artwork feasibility and print execution
- Oversee the development of digital and hero pack images for internal and online channels

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in packaging artwork management, design coordination, or print production (FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of artwork workflows, technical file specifications, and print processes
- Proven stakeholder management experience in cross-functional and/or multinational environments
- Proficiency with artwork and project management platforms
- High level of detail orientation, quality ownership, and deadline discipline
