Role Description
As an Artwork Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end packaging artwork process from initial design through to final print-ready files. This role ensures that artwork is delivered on time while meeting quality and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end packaging artwork creation, including design approval and mechanical artwork development for printing.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and e-Commerce to gather pack content and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with external partners including print management agencies, design agencies, and printers to deliver high-quality packaging materials.
- Use artwork management systems to initiate, track, and complete projects on time.
- Provide technical expertise during packaging design, artwork, and printing phases to maintain brand standards, approval integrity, and consistency.
- Oversee the creation of digital pack images and hero visuals for various digital and print channels.
- Drive efficiency improvements within the packaging artwork workflow, focusing on collaboration with internal functions and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in packaging artwork management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design, artwork development, and print processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with artwork management systems and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
