Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Artwork Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end creation and approval of packaging artwork. In this role, you will ensure that artwork projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and maintain brand consistency across all packaging formats and channels.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire packaging artwork process, from initial design to final mechanical artwork ready for print
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, e-Commerce) to gather and validate pack content
- Manage collaboration with external partners such as print management agencies, design agencies, and printers
- Use the artwork management system to initiate, track, and complete projects efficiently
- Ensure timely handover of print-ready files to printers and other external parties
- Provide technical expertise during the design, artwork, and print phases to safeguard brand integrity and quality
- Manage digital pack images and hero images for various marketing channels and touchpoints

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing packaging artwork development and approval processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of artwork management systems and print workflows
- Good understanding of branding, design, and manufacturing requirements for packaging
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
