Role Description
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing third-party logistics operations and ensuring optimal service delivery to customers. You’ll serve as the key link between the logistics partners and internal teams, focusing on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your role involves managing KPIs, driving process enhancements, and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage 3PL performance, capacity, contracts, and carbon footprint
- Approve and verify 3PL invoices
- Track and report logistics KPIs and service levels
- Lead projects to improve logistics efficiency and sustainability
- Work closely with Customer Excellence, Planning, and Quality teams
- Coordinate pallet management and stock reconciliation with 3PL partners
- Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and logistics providers

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Solid project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong customer orientation
- Ability to influence and build strong external relationships
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a bias for action
