Job Description
As an Artwork Production Coordinator you will oversee the end-to-end management of packaging artwork. You will ensure the smooth creation, approval, and delivery of packaging designs, from initial concept through to ready-for-print mechanical artwork. This role involves coordinating with multiple internal departments and external partners to maintain brand consistency, quality, and timely project completion.
 
Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire workflow for packaging artwork projects, including design, approval, and final mechanical files.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and e-Commerce to gather and review pack content.
  • Coordinate with external partners like printing and design agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
  • Use the artwork management system to initiate, track, and oversee project timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise on packaging design, artwork, and printing processes to ensure approval integrity and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the creation of digital pack images and hero images for various marketing channels and digital platforms.
  • Facilitate communication across multifunctional and multinational teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Support packaging design input and facilitate the transfer of final artwork to printing partners efficiently.
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience in packaging artwork management or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of packaging design, mechanical artwork, and printing processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Good knowledge of artwork management systems and digital asset handling.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a multicultural environment.
