Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Artwork Project Specialist to manage end-to-end packaging artwork projects. This role focuses on driving efficiency across the packaging design and artwork process, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams. 

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and approval of packaging artwork from concept to print-ready files.
- Manage artwork projects using the artwork management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, e-Commerce) to gather pack content.
- Coordinate with external partners (design agencies, print management agencies, printers) to deliver master designs and mechanical artwork.
- Ensure brand integrity and technical accuracy throughout the artwork and print process.
- Oversee the creation of digital pack images and hero visuals for various channels.

Requirements
- Proven experience in artwork project management within FMCG or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging design, artwork development, and print processes.
- Ability to work independently and closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in artwork management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
