About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing third-party logistics operations across the Benelux region. Your focus will be on delivering the right service level to customers at the best possible cost. This includes monitoring performance, resolving supply chain issues and driving improvement projects that enhance service, efficiency and sustainability. You’ll act as the key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage performance, capacity and contracts of third-party logistics providers
- Approve and validate logistics invoices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Handle operational escalations and contingency processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Excellence, Planning, Quality) to resolve issues
- Coordinate pallet management and stock reconciliation
- Support central supply chain functions such as transport and invoicing
- Provide logistics expertise to internal stakeholders
- Balance logistics service levels with customer service requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics hauliers and warehouse partners

Requirements
- Solid understanding of logistics operations (warehousing and distribution)
- Experience with customer service processes
- Strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Project management experience
- Analytical mindset and business awareness with clear communication and influencing skills
