Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital & Technology Project Lead – Biotherapeutics to execute digital transformation initiatives, increase digital maturity, and enable fully connected labs. You will join the Digital and Technology team in Leiden, collaborating with IT and lab execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of digital solutions, lab automation, and data analytics platforms
- Perform project intakes, create/manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Align and communicate with cross-functional teams; escalate risks
- Approve documentation, reports, and validation materials
- Act as technical system owner for digital platforms, ensuring data integrity & cybersecurity compliance
- Initiate mitigating actions to meet quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related
- 3–5 years in digital project management, lab automation, or data management
- Hands-on experience with lab automation, systems connectivity, data analytics platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management
- Adaptable and able to work in dynamic digital lab environment
- Python or R scripting experience
- Biopharma / GxP / GLP experience
- SAP / MES / LIMS experience
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data integrity compliance
