Role Description
As a Laboratory Analyst specializing in Cell Biology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of biologically derived pharmaceutical products, primarily vaccines. You will be responsible for executing both routine and non-routine cell-based analyses in compliance with GMP standards and laboratory procedures. 

Responsibilities
- Conduct cell biological analyses on pharmaceutical products, primarily vaccines, using cell culture and infection assays.
- Interpret test results and ensure they meet predefined specifications.
- Document and report test outcomes in line with GMP guidelines.
- Review peers’ analysis results for accuracy and GMP compliance.
- Support lab process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.

Requirements
- MLO 4-level education in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science).
- Hands-on experience with cell culture techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Dutch, with sufficient proficiency in English.
- Proactive, flexible, team-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
