Role Overview
As a Process Operator, you will prepare, operate, and monitor production processes for pharmaceutical products in a clean and sterile environment. You’ll ensure compliance with strict GMP guidelines and help maintain safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the production line.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and execute production processes according to GMP and SOPs
- Perform in-process control tests and record accurate data
- Identify, report, and help resolve safety or quality deviations
- Support assembly/disassembly and cleaning of equipment
- Participate in improvement projects and cross-team initiatives

Requirements
- MBO level 2 or 3 education (preferably in process technology or similar)
- Experience in production, ideally in pharma, food, or chemical environments
- Strong attention to detail, clean and accurate work habits
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in 2-, 3-, or 4-shift systems
- VAPRO certification (A/B/C) is plus to have
- Experience with GMP, Lean, or 5S
- Willingness to complete further training
