Role Description
Joining the Site Engineering team as a Project Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative and secretarial support to both the department and individual projects, reporting to the Manager of Site Engineering.

Responsibilities 
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for the department and projects.
- Serve as a key user for SAP SRM and SAP PM, supporting order entry and invoice processing.
- Drive process improvements with Lean tools.
- Manage new team member onboarding/offboarding and maintain training records.
- Support agenda management, update project boards, and ensure office supply and equipment maintenance.
- Keep the department's intranet site current, initiate new projects, and assist with project communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, emails, and reports.

Requirements -
- Vocational qualification (MBO) in administration, economics, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of project-based administrative experience.
- Strong financial acumen and project management exposure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Advanced MS Office and SAP SRM/PM proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a growing engineering environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
