Logistics & Planning Manager, Amersfoort, Utrecht

The Role
We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Manager to lead and support strategic projects within the Plan & Deliver team of a global ingredients business.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional programs focused on planning, logistics, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive impactful change across the supply chain, with a strong focus on data, structure, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities
-Define and execute project plans including scope, resources, risks, and budget
-Lead complex projects with impact across multiple departments or business units
-Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed
-Ensure smooth project closure and handover to line management
-Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
-Provide project support to other leads within the P&D organization
-Deliver clear and structured project reporting
-Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
-Coach and guide project team members

Requirements
-Understanding of B2B ingredients markets and complex supply chains
-Experience in the food or processing industry is a strong plus
-6–9 years of relevant experience
-Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred but not mandator.
-Planning (S&OP, inventory optimization)
-Delivery (order processing, transport, warehousing)
