Plan & Deliver Project Manager, Amersfoort, Utrecht

Role Overview:
As a P&D Project Manager, you will define, lead, and execute supply chain projects across the Plan & Deliver functions. You’ll ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met while supporting the broader P&D organization in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including resource, risk, and quality management
- Lead execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans when needed
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations
- Delivery results aligned with project objectives and KPIs
- Report on project performance and shared practices within the organization
- Coach and guide project team members

Requirements:
- 6–9 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Project Management
- Experience in at least two areas: S&OP, inventory optimization, order processing, export, transport, or warehousing
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven mindset
- Fluent in English (Dutch preferred)
- Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the food, dairy, or B2B ingredients industry
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar data tools
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
