Role Description
Join us in supporting our client, a leading global FMCG company, as a Shopper Marketing Assistant! You’ll help drive impactful shopper marketing initiatives across Europe and ANZ — from in-store campaigns to POSM programs and strategic project support for new product launches.

Responsibilities
- Use shopper insights to support business growth.
- Implement activation plans and ensure excellent execution.
- Support regional campaigns from planning to in-store execution.                                                                             
- Lead point-of-sale materials (POSM) programs.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, and Finance.
- Share best practices across regions to improve in-store communication.

Requirements
- Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or category management.
- Knowledge of in-store activation and POSM programs.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel.
