Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Operations Associate specialized in reverse logistics and distribution support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing return processes, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance across our regional operations in Europe. Your work will help maintain the integrity of the supply chain and support ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the return of finished drug products to manufacturing sites, warehouses, or logistics partners, including handling product recalls.
-Investigate and follow up on low-risk distribution complaints, ensuring all records are accurately documented and processed within required timelines.
-Support shipment tracking and tracing activities for global distribution hubs, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
-Analyze alerts from the national medicines verification organization (NMVO) and manage the trend reporting for EU FMD alert compliance.
-Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all processes meet regulatory standards.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and represent the team in stakeholder meetings.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting quality and compliance throughout all activities.
-Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.


Requirements
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two years of supply chain experience in a GMP and GDP-regulated environment.
-Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
-Experience with logistics, issue resolution, and process improvements.
-Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
-Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing workload.
-Fluency in English (written and spoken).
-Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail.
