Role Description
As you are responsible for end-to-end demand and supply planning for global clinical studies. You ensure continuous product availability, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate packaging, labeling, and distribution activities efficiently. Acting as a key link between supply chain, operations, and clinical teams, you support timely and compliant study execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage demand and supply planning for assigned clinical studies.
- Forecast demand and coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste.
- Identify and resolve supply issues impacting study timelines.
- Track performance metrics and support process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and GMP standards.
- Communicate planning updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply or demand planning, ideally in pharma or biotech.
- Strong knowledge of clinical supply chain management.
- Proficient with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
- Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory standards for clinical supplies.
