About the Role
As a Shopper Marketing Assistant for Ice Cream, you’ll support the development and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across Europe and ANZ. You’ll work closely with the Category Strategy & Insights Lead and cross-functional teams to bring activation plans to life, optimize in-store communication and contribute to strategic projects like innovation launches and customer presentations.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of shopper marketing plans across EU & ANZ
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Lead the Unmissable POSM program and manage POSM cost optimization
- Help refine and implement the Playbook for Perfect Execution
- Assist in preparing customer strategy presentations and innovation stories
- Share best practices to elevate in-store communication and build shopper marketing capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in FMCG, retail marketing or shopper marketing is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple markets
- Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
