Role Overview
Lab Technician II — Production & Operations
Support trial productions and daily laboratory operations in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role requiring technical precision, reliable documentation and collaboration across R&D, QA and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
 - Support and execute trial productions and standard lab tests under supervision.
- Prepare materials, reagents and equipment for production/testing.
- Accurately record experimental data and observations in the lab journal and LIMS.
- Perform routine calibrations, maintenance checks and report equipment failures.
- Assist with basic experimental design and apply SOPs/GMP/GLP requirements.
- Combine and present data; support post-test analysis and reporting.
- Support lab inventory, ordering, and housekeeping to maintain safe operations.
- Mentor junior lab staff when required and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements
- Technical certificate (MBO level) in laboratory sciences or equivalent hands-on lab experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a production or operational laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with LIMS and standard lab equipment (centrifuge, HPLC/GC, PCR, spectrophotometer) or demonstrated aptitude to learn.
- Good safety record and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under moderate supervision and within shift patterns (day/rotation).
- Fluent English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
