Role Overview
The Shopper Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting and executing impactful shopper marketing initiatives across Europe and ANZ. This role helps translate category and brand strategies into engaging in-store experiences that drive shopper engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of shopper marketing activation plans across Europe and ANZ.

  • Turn shopper insights into actionable plans that enhance category growth and customer engagement.

  • Support the execution of EU-wide activation campaigns from concept through to in-store delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure consistent, effective execution.

  • Manage and optimize POSM (Point of Sale Materials) programs, ensuring cost efficiency and best practice sharing across markets.

  • Contribute to the preparation of customer strategy presentations and innovation stories for new product launches.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, category management, or marketing support within FMCG or retail.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret shopper and sales data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, proactive working style.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for executional detail.

  • Experience working in cross-functional or multicultural teams is an advantage.
