Role Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Work Planner to support our technical team. In this role, you make sure all maintenance work is well prepared, planned, and carried out safely and on time. You will coordinate between production, technical services, and external contractors to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare maintenance work, including materials, time, and costs.
- Make sure all safety requirements and work permits are in place.
- Coordinate and schedule work with technicians and contractors.
- Order and track materials needed for maintenance tasks.
- Check and process administrative tasks such as hours, parts used, and invoices.
- Keep maintenance records, technical documents, and supplier information up to date.
- Combine and improve recurring maintenance work in the schedule.
- Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance plans.

Requirements
- Technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar planning role in a production or process environment.
- Experience with maintenance systems like SAP or Ultimo.
- Knowledge of LEAN, WCOM, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Analytical, proactive, and good at organizing work.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
