Job Description
As a Location Manager, you will oversee the daily operations at the facility, including leading direct reports, ensuring adherence to operational processes and company culture, achieving organizational goals, and delivering optimal customer service. Your role involves efficient and effective management of the location within set budgets and standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes, plan work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks in alignment with management, and execute technical improvement projects.
• Lead and motivate staff, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost efficiency, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement strategic objectives, enhance internal processes, report to senior management, and contribute to strategic planning.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in budget management, operational oversight, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in the sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
