Role Description
As an Assistant Brand Manager – Sharing & Scooping, you will support the growth, innovation, and communication strategy for one of the company’s key ice cream platforms across Europe and ANZ. Working with the Head of Sharing & Scooping and cross-functional teams, you will help shape the brand portfolio, deliver innovations, and strengthen the presence of iconic brands like Carte d’Or, Cremissimo, Viennetta, and Walls Family Tubs.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand and platform strategy across EU & ANZ markets.
- Manage elements of the P&L, ensuring profitable growth and effective investment allocation.
- Lead and coordinate innovation and renovation projects, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
- Contribute to brand communication and activation plans, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize portfolio design, pricing (NRM), and pack formats to strengthen competitiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams — including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Agencies — to deliver seamless project execution.
- Support channel-specific initiatives to expand distribution and visibility across retail and out-of-home channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or category management (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets or P&L elements.
- Demonstrated ability in innovation delivery, communication development, and project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
