Role Description
As an Clinical Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supporting the global setup of clinical supply chains for clinical trials. Operating within GMP, GDP, and GDocP-compliant environments, you will work alongside Clinical Supply Chain Project Managers and the Global Setup Lead team to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of clinical materials. Your responsibilities will span ERP master data management, study setup coordination, and operational reporting, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to milestone completion related to the setup of global supply chains for clinical trials.
- Act as the central contact for ERP (SAP) readiness, including initiating clinical label requests and requesting. - Finished Drug Product materials, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
- Ensure the timely setup and availability of master data and study design tables in ERP systems.
- Coordinate the clinical artwork creation process, resolving issues and tracking open queries.
- Create and maintain Product Specification Files (PSF) throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain depot and cross-dock plans to support the global study footprint.
- Maintain operational metrics and contribute to the monthly workforce planning process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience in a regulated, international environment.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain fundamentals, particularly BOM.
- Experience in planning and basic project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
