The site plays a key role in clinical and commercial supply operations and operates under strict regulatory and quality standards. We are a recruitment agency recruiting for our client.
Role Description
The Associate Clinical Supply Chain supports the setup of global clinical supply chains within GMP, GDocP, and GDP frameworks. This role ensures timely and efficient execution of supply chain activities for clinical trials, working closely with project managers and setup leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage master data in ERP (SAP), including BOMs, WBS elements, and clinical label requests
- Coordinate artwork creation and maintain product specification files
- Support depot planning and cross-dock setup
- Track metrics and contribute to workforce planning
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or life sciences
- Experience in international, regulated environments (biotech/pharma preferred)
- Knowledge of logistics principles and planning
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills
- Fluent in English with high attention to detail and prioritization skills
