Role Description
As a Facility Operations Technician, you’ll ensure the smooth and safe operation of Genmab’s office and laboratory facilities. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshoot technical systems such as HVAC and electrical installations, and support compliance and safety checks while helping create a reliable, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of facility operations and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility services and supplies
- Monitor facility budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Support in planning and executing facility improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in facility management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
