About the Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technical installations across the site. This includes HVAC systems, electrical setups, and safety equipment. You’ll support internal moves, events, and facility-related projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role is hands-on and requires flexibility, technical insight, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and inspect technical installations (e.g. HVAC, electrical systems, safety equipment)
- Conduct routine safety checks, including legionella inspections
- Manage tools, materials, and stock levels
- Support internal relocations, events, and facility projects
- Supervise external technicians and contractors
- Participate in on-call duty outside regular working hours
Requirements
- MBO-level technical education
- VCA VOL certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or facility-related role
- Experience in a lab or regulated environment is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with MS Office and facility management systems
