Role Description
As a Compliance Engineer focusing on calibration management, you ensure all measurement and control equipment meets regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry norms. You maintain a robust calibration program, support audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes while collaborating with QA, Production, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the calibration program for critical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and other relevant standards.
- Perform risk analyses and support deviation management.
- Provide documentation and support during audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and trends related to calibration.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years’ experience in a regulated environment with focus on calibration management.
- Knowledge of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and relevant standards.
- Experience with SAP PM, Maximo, or Beamex CMX.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
