Role Description
As a QA Specialist NPD, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of the next generation of infant nutrition products. You will be responsible for managing complex quality inspection plans, analyzing quality control data, and collaborating closely with R&D, QA, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and product excellence.

Responsibilities
- Support R&D in reviewing and approving trial and validation protocols.
- Generate and analyze trend data reports for multiple material numbers.
- Assist the Local QA NPD team in creating sampling plans for product trials.
- Collaborate with the QA Master Data team to maintain and update inspection plans.
- Support tracking and tracing activities during root cause analyses.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for QA insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Food Technology or a comparable discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably within the food or infant nutrition industry.
- Proven experience with SAP-QM and Power BI (both are must-haves).
- Strong analytical skills; experience with chemical analysis or food technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
