Role Description
As a Junior Account Manager for Personal Care, you’ll support the commercial growth of the company’s portfolio with a major retail partner, working closely with the Key Account Manager and cross-functional teams. You’ll manage customer relationships, coordinate product launches, and drive promotional activities through strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in managing the Personal Care portfolio at AS Watson (Kruidvat and Trekpleister).
- Prepare and participate in customer meetings, ensuring alignment across internal departments.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with internal teams and the customer.
- Provide input for marketing plans, production planning, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category - Management to optimize customer service and results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
