Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Production / Utilities

About the Role
Our client, a leading company in the food production sector, is looking for skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of their installations. Depending on your expertise, you could focus on production/packaging equipment or utilities systems (steam, compressed air, cooling, water treatment, energy supply).
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Analyze malfunctions and initiate measures to prevent recurrence.

Support planning and coordination of revisions and technical projects.

Contribute to technical improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Collaborate with operators, technicians, external suppliers, and (for utilities) technologists to maximize reliability.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and energy regulations.

Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Your Profile
-
HBO or WO work- and thinking level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.

Experience in a maintenance or engineering role in an industrial environment.

Knowledge of maintenance strategies (TPM, RCA, FMECA, LEAN) is a plus.

Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Ultimo, or similar).

Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication.

Team player, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement.
