About the Role:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Specialist to keep our packaging department running safely and efficiently. You’ll analyze technical issues, improve maintenance plans, and work on equipment upgrades together with production, technical services, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans.
- Analyze and solve equipment failures.
- Support overhauls, projects, and line modifications.
- Keep technical documentation and SAP maintenance data up to date.
- Identify issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- HBO degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in production, packaging, or food industry.
- Knowledge of TPM, RCA, or FMECA is a plus.
- Skilled in SAP PM or similar maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Dutch language required.
