Role Overview
The QA Specialist NPD will support the development of new infant nutrition products by managing quality inspection plans, analyzing quality control data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is part of a temporary assignment to support the implementation of a new IT system.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve trial and validation protocols in collaboration with R&D.
- Generate trend data reports for various material numbers.
- Develop sampling plans for product trials in coordination with the QA NPD team.
- Maintain and update inspection plans in collaboration with the QA master data team.
- Support root cause analysis through tracking and tracing activities.                                                   
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in QA or NPD within the food industry.
- Proficiency in SAP-QM and Power BI is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in chemical analysis and food technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is highly preferred.
