Role Description
As a Lab Technician within the Quality Control Development (QCD) group of the Analytical Development (AD) department, you will play a key role in supporting the release and stability testing of advanced therapeutic products. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the development and qualification of assays and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform release and stability testing of GMP/TOX and clinical batches.
- Execute assay qualifications in GMP laboratories.
- Conduct analytical and biological assays (e.g., UPLC/HPLC, ELISA, PCR).
- Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., assay run sheets, lab notebooks).
- Support process development testing and cell culturing (e.g., A549, HEK293).
- Write and update test, work, and equipment instructions.
- Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with GMP.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO degree in Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience with GMP-compliant assay execution.
- Proficiency in laboratory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
