About the Role
As an Account Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Key Account Manager to manage the personal care portfolio for a major retail client. This role involves coordinating product launches, promotional activities and internal communications across departments. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth execution, maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Support customer management and attend client meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to deliver on customer needs
- Prepare communications and materials for product launches and promotions
- Provide input to enable marketing plans, production and forecasting
- Contribute to assortment optimization and promotional strategy
- Evaluate promotional performance and share insights with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in retail or FMCG sales is preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
