The Role
Are you commercially driven, socially skilled, and ready to grow your career in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to support the Personal Care business at one of our key retail partners.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Key Account Manager and cross-functional teams to manage product launches, promotional activities, and customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in ensuring both the company and the customer achieve the best possible results together.

Responsibilities
-Support the Key Account Manager in managing the Personal Care portfolio
-Prepare and join customer meetings
-Act as a liaison between internal departments and the customer
-Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
-Provide input for marketing plans and production timelines
-Evaluate promotional performance and suggest improvements
-Contribute to assortment and distribution optimization
-Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and more
-Ensure smooth internal coordination to serve the customer effectively

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or higher
-Experience in sales, retail, or OOH (preferably in FMCG)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
-Team player who can also work independently
-Fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English
