Our client, Breda — a global biopharmaceutical organization — operates clinical packaging, labelling, storage and distribution for investigational products. The site is a fast-paced, multinational environment where quality and patient safety are central.
Role overview
We are recruiting a Associate QA — Clinical Manufacturing / Clinical Supply Chain (Level 4) to provide hands-on QA oversight for clinical trial products at the Breda site. This role ensures GMP/GDP compliance, supports batch review and labelling activities, and executes QA checks on the floor.
Key responsibilities
- Perform batch record reviews to support QP batch certification for investigational medicinal products.
- Review and approve clinical label artwork and packaging documentation.
- Assess and manage temperature excursions during transport and at clinical sites.
- Support investigations, deviations and CAPA processes.
- Execute on-floor QA: pack checks, batch record review, and issue handling during manufacturing.
- Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions; review SOP compliance.
- Prepare monthly quality metrics and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (MSc preferred).
- ~3 years QA or manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices (batch review, investigations, analytical testing).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and GCP.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with QMS and QA tools (e.g., TrackWise, MasterControl) is preferred.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in clinical supply chain or packaging/label artwork approval.
- Experience with LIMS, SAP; knowledge of EMA/FDA expectations.
- Dutch language skills.
